Pilates Class Descriptions
Small Group Classes
Our small group sessions are intentionally limited to 3–4 clients, allowing for personalized attention and hands-on guidance in an encouraging, focused setting. You’ll move through classical and contemporary Pilates exercises on professional apparatus, with cues tailored to your body and goals.
Beginner Class
Perfect for those new to Pilates or returning after time away. You’ll learn the fundamentals—breath, alignment, and control—while building a strong foundation on all equipment. Expect clear instruction, slower pacing, and individualized attention to help you move confidently and safely as you advance.
Mat Class
Mat Pilates is the foundation of the entire Pilates method—just you, your body, and gravity. These classes emphasize core control, spinal alignment, breath, and flow through precise, classical sequences that can be adapted for every level.
You’ll learn how to stabilize, mobilize, and strengthen from the inside out—without relying on equipment. Expect mindful movement, deep engagement, and a sense of connection that carries into everything else you do, both in and out of the studio.
Reformer Class
The Reformer uses spring resistance to build strength, flexibility, awareness and alignment. Each session unfolds as a seamless progression, cultivating deep core engagement, stretch, strength and control. Rooted in the original teachings of Joseph Pilates, this class honors the classical Reformer repertoire with precision and flow.
Tower Class
The Tower is a vertically mounted apparatus that blends the precision of matwork with the dynamic resistance of springs, bars, and loops. Designed to strengthen, lengthen, and restore balance, the Tower provides both support and challenge, enhancing spinal articulation, core control, and full-body coordination.
Small Barrel Class
The small barrel is an arc-shaped piece of equipment that help restore the length of the spine. The small barrel class helps improve spinal mobility, core strength, and provides a deep stretching for the back and legs. The Baby Barrel provides gentle yet effective support. This class is perfect for all levels, offering modifications to challenge experienced practitioners while providing a supportive foundation for beginners
Wunda Chair
Compact yet powerful, the Wunda Chair challenges strength, stability, and control like no other apparatus. Designed by Joseph Pilates, this spring-loaded seat transforms seated, standing, and inverted exercises into a dynamic full-body workout. With a focus on core power, balance, and precision, this class follows the classical repertoire to build strength, mobility, and control in every movement
Recommended for: Advanced only
Mixed Equipment Class
Rotate through the Reformer, Tower, Wunda Chair, and other classical apparatus for a dynamic, full-body workout. Every session blends strength, control, and precision to challenge coordination and deepen your understanding of the Pilates system. No two classes are the same—expect variety, hands-on guidance, and mindful movement that keeps your body progressing.
